WHAT TO KNOW WHEN WRITING YOUR WRITEN APPLICATION

Be sure to respond to all questions without exceeding the word limit. EEVM values members who will be passionate and engaged in their work. Use your application as an opportunity not just to tell you why you are qualified, but to tell us why you will work well on our team.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR 1:2 INTERVIEW

The 1:2 interview allows us to get to know you better as an individual. Be prepared to talk about yourself and let us know what makes you uniquely special as a candidate for EEVM. Additionally, we recommend researching more about your selected divisions. If you are chosen for an interview, we will provide you with materials that will help you prepare by ensuring that you know about the various divisions in addition to other resources.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR GROUP INTERVIEW

The group interview takes place immediately after the individual interview. It requires you to generate a business idea alongside two other interviewees. Be prepared to be creative and collaborative – it’s like a live version of Shark Tank.
